Agencies Release FAQs on Issues Surrounding Receiving COVID Vaccinations

October 4, 2021 Today, the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Treasury released Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding implementation of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the Affordable Care Act.
